Biography
Nicola Scafetta is an associate professor in Climatology, Meteorology and Oceanography at the Department of Earth Sciences, Environment and Georesources, University of Naples Federico II, Italy, since 2014. He had a PhD in Physics in 2001 from the University of North Texas. From 2002 to 2014 he was a research scientist at Duke University, NC USA, and a visiting professor to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and at the Elon University. His expertise is also in astronomy and complex systems. He has published 94 scientific articles and two books.
